Alpha Machinery Drywall Accessory Production Line

The Alpha Machinery drywall accessory production line operates with a punching speed of 190 strokes per minute, depending on the product length, shaping sheet metal plates ranging from 0.30mm to 1.00mm. Once the press mold design and manufacturing suitable for the desired accessory type are completed based on customer demands, the production of the desired accessory can be carried out on the line. It meets all performance criteria of the EN 13658 Standard.

In our standard machines, variations in rollform line elements can be applied according to customer demands and profile types. (The decoiler clamping action can be manual or hydraulic. The number of stations can be increased or decreased according to the profile shape and size. Different mold designs can be applied for the geared press according to the shape and number of marks and holes on the profile. The stacking table can also be modified to be semi-automatic or fully automatic depending on the length and shape of the profile to be produced
