LIGHT STEEL ROLL FORM MACHINES

It is possible to remotely access the Alpha Light Steel CNC rolflorm line via network and internet connection. The machine is designed in a completely modular system and can be shaped according to customer needs and wishes. Mold addition/removal can be done to produce profiles in different profile sizes and to implement different processes. In this rollform line, which has a fully automatic production logic, after the sheet metal in roll is placed into the machine, operations such as start/stop/speed adjustment can be carried out via the control panel without the need for any mechanical intervention.
